Meaning of 'vani'

vani. [Tel. Possessive of vadu and another form of vadi.] pron. Of him, his. vaniyokka. vanin or vanini (the acc. singular of vadu or the acc. plu. of adi that.) Him, or them. Those things, vatini. koralugalavani gollalunugalavani rommulugalavani nammavaladu. (G. i. 284.) never trust those animals which have tusks, claws, or horns.
